The increasing costs of water, energy and waste disposal are of primary concern for commercial operators.   All businesses are integrating the reduction of their carbon emissions, their demand for natural resources and overall impact on the environment into their procedures and trade activities.

Utilise the WMAA Directory of Recyclers, developed by Waste Management Association of Australia (WMAA) to save costs.

The Recycling Directory is a directory of recycling facilities in the Perth and Mandurah areas.  The directory is aimed at small to medium enterprises (SME’s) who wish to recycle but find it difficult to know where to take material.

The directory has been developed in both an interactive web format and a downloadable printable pdf version. The interactive web format allows users to search for recyclers based on material types, and view relevant recyclers spatially on a map of the Perth Metropolitan area. The pdf version provides a list of recyclers for a readily downloadable and portable version of the directory.

To view the interactive map you must intstall the Google Earth Plugin – a web browser plugin that lets you navigate and explore geographic data on a 3D globe.  If you would like more information on this, please use this link.   The interactive map requires that Active X also be enabled. The Google Earth plugin takes only take a few minutes to install.
