Millions of dollars of contracts are awarded each year by Local Government for a range of services, projects and programs. The contracts are strictly managed but they all get signed and if your business has the services or skills to offer you owe it to yourself and your staff to bid for this work and have your hat in the ring.
A significant percentage of these contracts are awarded by tender and if this has images of being too hard or complicated then come along to this free workshop and hear how it is done!
Dale Chapman and Michael McClue (pictured right) from Western Australia Local Government Association (WALGA) will present to local businesses how they can become more competitive by writing a tender to win Local Government contracts. They will also cover how to become a WALGA Preferred Supplier and what that means.
